LEVEL 3 COACHING COURSE EARLY ANNOUNCEMENT

The EIHA Coaching Programme, in conjunction with ICE HOCKEY UK, is pleased to announce a Level 3 Coaching Course to be held July 16th to 20th in Sheffield.   The course is open to coaches who have held a current Level 2 status, and have been registered as such, for at least 2 year and are coaching at Under 14 or above.

The cost of the course £295 will include IIHF Level 3 Coaching Manual, all course materials and presentations, the Level 3 Exam and evaluation process, binder, coaches bag, course T-shirt and all lunches. Hotel accommodation is NOT included.

An Observation Status is available for coaches who wish to take advantage of the “continued professional learning” but do not wish to take the qualification. 

Sections of the course will be open for coaches to attend as a workshop as part of the EIHA Coaching Programmes Continued Education Program.  Seminars on the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be offered as one day workshops.

Closing date for all applications is Friday 2nd May 2008 and should be made in writing to Jill Easson, Grossackerstrasse 69, 8041 Zurich, Switzerland, or via e-mail to jeasson@hispeed.ch , including a full and comprehensive Hockey CV. 

Coach Information

Please supply the following information to me to allow a proper system of communication between the Coaching Programme and Clubs.

  • The name and full address (including e-mail and telephone numbers) of a club contact who can pass information on to coaches quickly.
  • The same information relevant to your Head Coach / Coaching Director / Coaching Co-ordinator.
  • The same information relevant to all your registered coaches and the level at which they are coaching.

This form is supplied to make the provision of this information a little easier to collect. Once the form is completed send it to me by post or e-mail.
